The Perfect Holiday Gift: Why You NEED a Cricut Joy
This post is sponsored by Cricut. Opinions are all my own.
If you are a teacher like me, then you are no stranger to the word Cricut! I couldn’t love mine more and here are 5 reasons why you should add it to your Christmas list!
1) Say goodbye to countless hours spent cutting out
If you are a teacher like me, you probably have either spent hours cutting out and making things for your students/classroom or have recruited family and friends to help cut things out. I know use my Cricut Joy to cut out bulletin board letters, letters for my doors, decor designs and so much more!
2) Endless T- Shirts
There are not many things that I love more than teacher t-shirts! I can now make my own for a fraction of the cost. I made so many different T- Shirt designs this year and can not wait to get back to the classroom to wear them all.
3) Easy to Transport
My favorite thing about the Cricut Joy is the size. It is easy to transport from my home to my classroom. It is also easy to store. I live in an open concept loft for storage is limited so this is the ideal size! My classroom cabinets are usually packed full of kids things so I love that this Cricut does not require a large about of space. It also has a travel bag that I highly recommend!
4) It Writes
I will forever be self conscious about my handwriting. I have gone to Occupational Therapy to try to correct it and get develop a better grip but it just isn’t the best. I love I can use my Cricut Joy to write on and address items for me.
5) Design Space with Pre-made projects
When I first got my Cricut I imagined that I would have to design and size everything myself. This really isn’t the case! Cricut design space has thousands of projects and templates ready to go- all I need to do is add in the materials. They have everything from holiday banners, cards, t shirt designs, gift tags, pantry labels, etc. I love being able to search for something I want (like “holiday card”) and finding templates instantly available to me!
I hope you have a very crafty Christmas!
